Shipping Policy

All items are shipped from Japan (Tokyo).

International Shipping
For international orders, we ship exclusively via EMS (Japan Post).
EMS is an international shipping service that includes tracking and insurance.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal conditions.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)
For domestic orders within Japan, we ship via Yu-Pack (Japan Post).
Domestic shipping is a flat rate of 1,500 JPY.
Domestic shipping is free on orders of 10,000 JPY or more.

Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days after the order is placed.
As every item is one of a kind, each order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time
International (EMS): 5-10 business days
Domestic (Japan): approximately 1-3 business days

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.
For international orders, shipping fees are determined by the destination and the weight of the package.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Any customs duties, VAT, or other import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to mark shipments as "gifts" or under-declare the value on customs forms.

Returned Shipments Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs duties, refusal of receipt, or similar reasons, shipping fees will not be refunded.
A separate shipping fee will apply for any reshipment.
