The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Taiheiyo Shouji Co., Ltd., the operator of the shibuya-hajime store. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and order services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). shibuya-hajime is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Title to and risk of loss of the products pass to you once we transfer the products to the carrier.

You may not use such trademarks without our prior written permission. The Shopify name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans appearing on the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

Section 7 - Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to tools made available by external services as part of the Services, which we do not monitor, control, or have any input over.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. shibuya-hajime is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made at the store are made directly by us. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and us, including but not limited to any injury, damage, or loss arising from purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with your purchases and transactions with us.

We will notify you of any covered claim, but our failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your obligations except to the extent we are materially prejudiced. We may direct the defense and settlement of any covered claim, including the choice of counsel, at your expense, but we will not settle any claim that requires non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (which will not be unreasonably withheld). You agree to cooperate in the defense of any covered claim, including by providing relevant documents.
